• Maximum cutting length: 400 cm (+15 cm by entering the slab with a cutting effect);
• Includes a double side bench with a square for tiles with a width from 0 mm to 1610 mm (maximum distance between cutting line and square: 1610 mm). Width expandable up to 3300 mm with optional square extension (Art. 374BRU 400);
• Square supplied with double digital display (one for each end of the slab) of the cutting width. In addition to defining the width of the cut piece, it allows the slab to be positioned perfectly parallel to the cutting line;
• Maximum cutting thickness (90° cut): 30 mm;
• Maximum cutting thickness (45° mitre): 20 mm;
• Available with 400V 50 Hz / 2.2 Kw three-phase motor;
• Water jet directed onto the diamond band of the blade for optimal cooling and maximum cutting quality;
• External tank. Capacity 38 lt (10 Gal). Submersible pump for water recirculation (50 liters/minute);
• Cutting precision guaranteed by the material-pressing wheel systems (for both 90° and 45° ("Mitre") cuts;
• Very high rust resistance: main components in ASI304 stainless steel, extruded aluminum structure, other steel parts with cataphoresis treatment and painting or galvanized steel;
• Easy positioning of the slab on the worktop thanks to 14 omnidirectional wheels that can be activated with a pneumatic system (maximum load that can be lifted 177 kg evenly distributed on the worktop);
• Automatic feed system via geared motor with feed speed adjustment via potentiometer;
• Control panel equipped with ammeter for performance control during cutting;
• Safety stop device along the entire length of the machine;
• Accessories: – pair of additional side benches to connect to the standard ones to obtain a cutting width of 330 cm + magnetic strips for changing the position of the digital cutting width displays (Art. 374BRU 400);
• Prerequisites: – minimum working area: standard version 8×5 m; version with side bench extensions 8×6.5 m; – electrical supply 400V 50Hz Three-phase 5 poles 16 Amp; – compressed air connection (min. 6 bar / max. 10 bar).
