They are manufactured using blow molding techniques, therefore they have no joints or welds, increasing the level of safety against impacts and/or pressure. The New Jersey barrier has threaded caps at the top and near the base, which allow for quick and easy filling and emptying. Each individual module is equipped with front joints, which allow multiple barriers to be secured together, ensuring installation on any surface and the formation of even very tight curves. On the body of the New Jersey barrier, there is a level indicator (40 l) that provides adequate ground stability. On the upper part of the barrier, there is a circular housing (5 cm deep), directly molded, which allows for the application of supports (maximum height 80 cm) with a diameter of 48 mm, useful for positioning direction indicators and/or hazard signs (road and/or luminous signage). The installation of New Jersey barriers is extremely quick and safe, as the modules are placed empty and then filled with water and/or sand. The operation is easily performed thanks to the lightness and conformation of each individual barrier.
