- Pickup and delivery: direct pickup at the 4,000 m² warehouse in Calderara di Reno (BO), or logistical delivery directly to the construction site – the logistical quote is calculated based on the address provided.
- Documentation and support: at the time of rental, the machine's user manual is provided and, upon request, a quick demonstration of its operation by our on-site technicians.
- Deposit and contract: the deposit and liability terms are communicated in the dedicated quote, based on the equipment's value and duration.
- Compliance and safety: all elevated structures comply with UNI EN 1004; chemical toilets comply with current health regulations.
- Response times: availability check and quote within 24 working hours of the request.
